Customisable Options:
 
Choose any background color of your choice, or choose multiple colours for a blended background
 
Add an illustrated border to the edge of your portrait. This can be one of the borders from the portraits in the photos, or a unique one - just send me an idea or a reference image.
 
After you place your order please provide photographs (details on how to do this found further below). I will then get the details off you I need for the background and border.

Turnaround Time:
 
Portraits are typically completed & dispatched within 25-30 working days.
 
If you require your portrait by a certain date, it is advised that you order 8 weeks in advance of that date. This allows plenty of time for illustrating, accounts for any artwork revisions that may be needed, and allows time for the print to be manufactured and shipped.
 
Providing Photographs:
 
Upon purchase please provide me with images of your pet(s) via any of the following:

Please provide as many photographs as possible - the more angles I can see your pet from, the better! 
 
Providing high quality photographs ensures the best quality illustration. If the images are poor quality I may request better ones.
 
Sadly some pets are no longer with us and in those circumstances I will do my absolute best to create a high quality portrait with the photographs you have available.
 
 
Digital Copies:
 
You will also receive a high quality digital copy of your pet portrait. This gives you the option of using Print On Demand services to print more items, for example a mug or a cushion.
